Rated 1 out of 5 by JackovSpades from What were they thinking! Most toilet seats are screwed to secure them from the top. This one you have to use a spanner from inside the cistern. Try doing this with a Kohler toilet when when cannot see the plastic nut and everything is in the way preventing the spanner from turning. The end plastic nut is meant to break off when it's been tightened enough. It doesn't!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jack272 from Disappointed I have bought 5 of these now over the last 4 years for 2 bathrooms. They are great while they last but they last between 1-1.5 years before they break and the slow-close function no longer works and they simply slam down.
